Eliminate obsessing over the past bad times – resolve past issues with hypnosis

Eric asks, “Would you have a CD that would eliminate obsessing over the past? Certain times of year and anniversaries, I find my self going over bad times. I’d like to get beyond it. Like it’s May and time to review a relationship from 16 years ago. December is family life review time.”

Delving over the past “bad times” is not really “bad”.  It simply means that you have unresolved issues and you can resolve them with New History Generator hypnosis recording.

When we define something as a “bad time” it means that we didn’t know how to handle a situation to our satisfaction.  All of us have plenty of situations where we goofed, where we made errors, or when we didn’t know how to respond to a challenge appropriately.  Instead of feeling bad or helpless, we can re-visit those situations, consider what skills and resources would’ve helped us to handle the situation in a way that it left everyone feeling better for the experience and then when we meet with a similar situation in the future, if we take the time to develop the required skills and access appropriate resources, we may handle the new situation in a way that will leave everyone feeling good in some way.

When we were learning how to walk we stumbled and fell many times before we mastered the skill.  We got up and tried again.  We figured out how to balance our bodies, how to stand up, how to walk and even run.  When we were learning how to talk, we were experimenting with all kinds of sounds before we managed to say words that were understandable to others, and then to string together words and sentences. It works the same with any other experience in our lives.  If we haven’t been in a particular situation before, it’s likely that it’s not going to play out perfectly, so we practice until we master it.  The great thing about hypnosis is that we can experiment and practice rehearsing situations in our minds before we test them out in real life.
